Employees Leave with Information

When several main employees leave a company at the same time and some of your existing clients stop calling it makes you wonder if they took customer information with them, but how do you prove it? That is when SB Consulting became involved in the case.

Over the course of the investigation, we examined 6 hard drives from desktops and laptops. We found scores of documents on the ex-employee's personal computers that were copied within a month prior to their departure. Our findings were confirmed by other experts on both sides of the case.

We spent over 7 hours in depositions and more than 3 hours providing expert witness testimony on this case. Our findings contributed to our client in winning the case.
