Assisting With Check Fraud

One company called us shortly after they found some one created and cashed numerous bogus checks against their account.

Their bank provided the ability for them to upload a listing of valid checks. Their current accounting system could not provide the check data in the exact format as required by the bank, which meant there was the possibility of manually modifying the report on each check run. After discussing the details with the company and the bank, SB Consulting wrote a program that automatically produced the data required by the bank saving about an hour for each weekly check run.
